Service Milestones are awarded to recognize outstanding instances of service and include awards for acts of service such as hosting an open house, serving within leadership, or mentoring a less-experienced member.

Awarded to members who have attended Toastmasters Leadership Institute
Mentoring is one of the ways Toastmasters helps its more experienced members develop leadership ability; being paired with their first mentee is a significant milestone along any Toastmaster's journey
Awarded to members who serve as a speech contest officiant
Awarded for having served on any event- or project-related committee
Served in leadership at the District level, including as Division Director or Area Director
Took photographs for posterity at an open house or other special event
Hosting an Open House can be an effort that yields significant dividends! Not only does an Open House provide an opportunity to meet and recruit new enrollees, it helps raise the program's profile within the organization.
Awarded for serving on the leadership committee for at least one year
Awarded for serving on the leadership committee for two years
Awarded for serving on the leadership committee for three years
Awarded for serving on the leadership committee for four years
Awarded for serving on the leadership committee for five or more years
