The presiding officer takes care of any preliminary business before calling the meeting to order, welcoming any guests and introducing the Toastmaster-of-the-Day.
Speakers have reserved 10 minutes out of 14 planned
If more than one prepared speech has been delivered, the Toastmaster asks members and guests to vote for "Best Speaker."
The third and final segment of the meeting is dedicated to evaluation and is facilitated by the General Evaluator.
The General Evaluator asks members and guests to vote for "Best Table Topic."
If more than one evaluation has been delivered, the General Evaluator asks members and guests to vote for "Best Evaluator."
The General Evaluator calls upon each member of the evaluation team -- Ah Counter, Grammarian, and Timer -- to provide his or her report for the meeting.
The General Evaluator provides his or her report upon the overall quality of the meeting.
The President (or presiding officer) conducts any outstanding club business and provides final comments before closing the meeting.
