The Sergeant-at-Arms takes care of any preliminary business before calling the meeting to order, welcoming any guests and introducing the Toastmaster-of-the-Day.
Sally is completing the requirements for her Visionary Communications Level 5 with a Keynote-style speech. This was inspired by another Toastmaster asking her what "gems" has she learned in her field. Sally carried it to the gems she's learned in life.
This speech is 18-22 minutes. The title is: "Sharing and Caring". Help me welcome, Sally Boyd.

The third and final segment of the meeting is dedicated to evaluation and is facilitated by the General Evaluator.
The General Evaluator asks members and guests to vote for "Best Table Topic", "Best Speaker" (if applicable), and "Best Evaluator" (if applicable), tallies votes, and congratulates winners.
The General Evaluator calls upon each member of the evaluation team -- Ah Counter, Grammarian, and Timer -- to provide his or her report for the meeting.
The General Evaluator provides his or her report upon the overall quality of the meeting.
The President (or presiding officer) conducts any outstanding club business and provides final comments before closing the meeting.
